Mixer Operator

As a Mixer Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, responsible for blending and mixing various raw materials to create high-quality fertilizer products. Your attention to detail and precision will be essential in ensuring that each batch meets our strict quality standards.

I’m interested What will I get to do in this position?

• Accurately measure and weigh raw materials, such as minerals, organic compounds, and other ingredients, according to production formulas.
• Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure thorough and consistent blending of the materials.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure the final product meets all specified requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of the mixing process, including batch information, ingredient quantities, and any adjustments made.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the mixing process.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment.
• Safely stage and move materials by hand and by operating a forklift.

What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to carry and lift to 75 lbs. frequently.
• Prior experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Adept at following safety guidelines.

Salary Range: $18 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
