Living Young has been in business since 2007 and has an 17 yearlong excellent track record for safety and advanced training for all employed mid-level practitioners. A Medical Director at Living Young Center, holds a pivotal role in maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence in the field of aesthetics and wellness treatments. This position involves overseeing (remotely) a single Living Young location’s mid-level practitioners. A Medical Director at Living Young Center Medical Spa in Odessa, FL, holds a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical services and maintaining the facility's reputation for excellence in the field of aesthetics and wellness treatments. This position involves overseeing the medical operations within the spa, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, and implementing the latest medical practices and technologies in aesthetic medicine.


Key responsibilities include:

  • · Being available as needed via phone for mid-level practitioner’s patient questions and/or emergencies.
  • · Review and approve clinic protocols, as needed.


The ideal candidate will have a valid medical license, preferably with a specialization in dermatology or plastic surgery, and proven experience in a leadership role within a medical spa or similar setting. Exceptional communication skills, a commitment to ethical medical practices, and a passion for enhancing client well-being are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:
  • Valid medical license in Florida.
  • Specialization in dermatology or plastic surgery is preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience in a medical spa or similar healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in aesthetic medical treatments and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuous education in aesthetic medicine.
  • Ability to manage medical emergencies.
  • Strong ethical standards and professionalism.
  • Must be board certified or board eligible in their plastic surgery specialty
  • They can only have one satellite office in addition to their primary practice location. If an applicant is already overseeing a satellite location in addition to their primary practice, they won't be able to add an LY location.
  • Their primary practice location and satellite office must be within 25 miles of each other or in a contiguous county but must be within 75 miles. The primary practice location must be within 75 miles of a Living Young Brand location.
