We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Century Sales & Management, LLC. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our properties, from tenant relations to maintenance and financial management. We are looking for a skilled professional who can effectively handle day-to-day operations while also strategizing for long-term success.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Manage all aspects of the property, including tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance, and financial management.

- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained and in compliance with all safety and building codes.

- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain tenants, including marketing and advertising initiatives.

- Interview and screen potential tenants to ensure they meet all necessary qualifications and conduct thorough background checks.

- Handle all tenant inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Oversee rent collection and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the property.

- Coordinate and supervise all maintenance and repair work, ensuring that it is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

- Work closely with vendors and contractors to negotiate contracts and manage budget for repairs and maintenance.

- Develop and implement plans to increase rental income and reduce expenses.

- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competition to make strategic decisions to maximize occupancy and rent rates.

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management.

- Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office.

Salary: $42,000 to $55,000
