AML/KYC/BSA Analyst

We are seeking a BSA Analyst to become an integral part of our team You will analyze data to understand business and market trends in order to increase company revenue and efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assist Compliance Officer in performing internal audits on Bank functions and compliance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist Compliance Officer in compiling and preparing information for external audits and examinations by the regulatory agencies.
• Monitor account transactions to ensure compliance with federal regulations covered by the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Work with BSA Officer to review and approve Currency Transaction Reports.
• Assist Compliance Officer in preparation of Suspicious Activity Reports as needed.
• Work with Compliance Officer to complete required training of staff and Board of Directors under Bank Secrecy Act.
• Interact positively with other departments and offices of Plains State Bank to achieve a teamwork environment by maintaining external and internal customer service.
• Stay current on all Compliance-related regulations with particular focus on changes in BSA-related regulations.
• Set personal goals and image that produce positive results for Plains State Bank.
