We are seeking a Custodian to join our team You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
 

Job responsibilities include:
Keeping buildings on the premises clean and in orderly condition by
• Picking up trash / gathering and emptying trash (washing trash cans as necessary) 
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors/stairs daily and shampooing carpets when needed
• Using industrial cleaning equipment if necessary
• Thoroughly cleaning bathroom walls, mirrors, sink, toilet and floors weekly and more often as needed.
• Restocking bathroom supplies
• Washing windows / glass, dusting / cleaning fixtures and furniture
• Picking up trash/sweeping/ using leaf blower as needed on exterior premises. (parking lots/sidewalks porches)
• Performing minor maintenance (keeping equipment clean and maintained)
• Responding to requests from facility managers or others to clean spills or accidents
• Manages inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Job environment requires candidates to remain on their feet for much of their shift. Their job will entail walking, lifting, moving and cleaning regularly.
