JOB TITLE: Recruiter - Care Coordinator

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

We seek a self-starter that brings out the best in others.

The Recruiter will report directly to the Care Manager to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong personal care assistant pipeline.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with the overall recruiting strategy
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using behavioral interviewing guidelines / Interview guide
Onboard new employees by conducting orientation & training
Assist with retention of new hire files utilizing the care management system
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Collaborate with manager and scheduler on a regular basis to identify future hiring needs
Assist with scheduling as needed
Flexibly cover shifts as needed to support business operations, including weekends
Job Duties and Responsibilities are subject to change based on business needs

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational Skills
Hands on experience with various selection processes (video & phone interviewing)
Strong decision-making skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Scheduling Software, Indeed, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
