Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Bellaire, MI

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: 3x12s, Nights (7 PM - 7 AM)

Hours: 36 hours per week

Rotation: Every Other Weekend/Holiday

**Pay Range**: $35 to $40 per hour

**Job Description**:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long Term Care (LTC) team in Bellaire, MI for a 13-week contract. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a compassionate and professional manner.

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting, adhering to established protocols and standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and document patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care for residents.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records using electronic health record systems.
- Participate in patient care planning and follow through with appropriate interventions.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LPN, with a focus on long-term care.
- Previous travel nursing experience is required.
- Active LPN license in the state of Michigan.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
- COVID vaccination card.
- Ability to work night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) with a rotation of every other weekend and holiday.
