The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a drive for achieving results.

 

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities by actively prospecting and cold calling potential customers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospects and customers

• Keep updated with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns

• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach

• Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis

 

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or retail industry

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Knowledge of barcode technology is a plus, but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Proficient in MS Office and other sales tools

• Willingness to travel as required

 Salary: $30,000 to $44,000 yearly
