Seeking Fast Food Manager in Montgomery        

Our Managers are responsible for enthusiastically leading and motivating the restaurant team to achieve the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.  The manager ensures that each visit by a customer results in friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. In addition, the Manager will manage all aspects of the daily operations of a restaurant to maximize sales, profits, and a positive customer experience.

Pay 45-51k but it is hourly. This is based on an hourly wage of 15 dollars to 18 dollars an hour. Bonuses quarterly based on food cost, labor, sales increase, and Speed of Service.

Pay is guaranteed to be able to work 50 hours to meet the pay scale. Anything you work over 50 now is icing on the cake for you. We offer health insurance and dental and vision that activate at 90 days. 1 year gets you two paid vacations and a 401k matching program. We match even up to 3 percent. At 4 percent we do 3.5 and at 5 percent we do 4 percent match.

Qualifications we like our Managers to have

·       2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant environment

·       Ability to train, guide and lead management staff

·       Good writing, verbal, math, and interpersonal skills

·       Good organization and time management skills
