Overview:

Vision II is seeking a skilled entry to mid level Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in on site construction management, client relationships, Planning and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources. Including:

  • Ensuring quality control, safety, and compliance with regulations

  • Managing a team of construction professionals and contractors

  • Coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers

  • Identifying and mitigating risks

  • Solving problems and addressing issues as they arise

  • Providing regular progress reports and ensuring project documentation

Duties:

  • Manage all phases of the construction process from initial planning to completion

  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site

  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule

  • Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee work meets standards

  • Read and interpret blueprints

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing construction projects

  • Proficiency in budgeting and cost control

  • Strong blueprint reading skills

  • Knowledge of quality control processes

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
