Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Shift Lead to join our team Part-time You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Our Shift leaders must be bright, outgoing, personable, and show a willingness to go the extra mile to provide the Ultimate Experience for every customer. Prior experience supervising employees is preferred. You need to be motivated, creative and hardworking individual who enjoys interacting with people and working with food. We've got a smooth-running team behind the counter, so you'll have to work well with others, always communicating in a positive manner with managers and co-workers. In the end, you'll walk away with lifelong skills that'll be with you for the rest of your career. Potential applicants should possess open availability with several night and weekend hours, the ability to stand for several hours, and aptitude to learn quickly about company products. You are expected to work cash registers, answer customer questions about products and offer suggestions, restock items, maintain overall cleanliness of floors, accept various forms of payment, and give correct change.

All employees are subject to a 1-month probationary period. Hours will be between 8am-11:30pm on Monday - Sunday.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

- Mix custom ice cream creations, shakes, smoothies & Frappes

- Assemble and decorate cakes

- Make ice creams

- Make Waffles

- Clean the front and/or back of the store

- Work the cash register

- Greet customers

- Supervisor crew members

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
