Job DescriptionJob Description- Delivering direct patient care to patients as assigned, using established procedures.
- Administer IV Pre-op
- Circulate in the Operating room during surgery
- Recover patients after surgery
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records on medical information, vital signs, or changes in patient’s conditions
- Monitor patients' medication usage and results
- Document patients' medical and psychological histories, physical assessment results, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, or outcomes
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- Provide personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to patients
- Assist with or instituting emergency measures for sudden adverse developments during treatment
- Train other Registered Nurses
- Other duties as assigned
