Job DescriptionJob Description

Aegis seeking a maintenance planner for a client of ours in Sauk Village, IL. Please see information below and apply if you meet qualifications: 

  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years working in maintenance
  • 5+ years of experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Industry experience: packaging, food/bev, pharma- anything fda regulated should fit the best but, open to take shots if they have 3+ years in maintenance
  • Able to read machine prints & assembly drawings
  • CMMS experience- they use one called MaintainX but, moving to Infor 3 soon. Really just have to be able to navigate and use any.
  • GMP, sanitation, chemical control or food safety experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Intangibles for the role:

  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to conduct effective maintenance meetings- grab the attention of a large group of people
  • Able to solve problems- creativity, challenge traditional ways of doing something.
  • Able to train and support maintenance staff

Plus’s:

  • Associates or bachelor's degree.
