We are a family and veteran owned retail firearms store looking to add Sales Associates to our Retail team. We have great customers and we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and passionate about firearms.

Our hours are 9:00am to 7:00pm Mon - Friday, Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm and Sundays from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Hours could vary from 38 to 44 hours/week depending on demand and schedule. Must be flexible and willing to work weekends. As a retail position, this job involves standing for extended periods of time.

Job Description:

- Excellent customer service skills

- Must have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn new responsibilities

- Proficient on a computer

- Great communication skills both verbal and written

- Attention to detail and accuracy is extremely important

- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

-Willing to take initiative to improve operations

- MUST ENJOY WORKING WITH FIREARMS

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Greeting and engaging with walk-in customers

- Ringing up sales on POS

- Answering questions for customers

- Performing background checks for firearm purchases

- Restocking inventory

- Researching products for customers

- Resolve customer service issues

- Demonstrate positive and cooperative behavior with customers and coworkers

- Meet productivity, quality and punctuality/attendance standards

- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs for stocking retail area

-Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

- Veterans encouraged to apply

The Retail Sales Floor is open 7 days per week. Hours are 8:30AM through 7:30PM. Sales associates work 4 days on per week. Open availability for all days is expected from all applicants.
