Medical Receptionist

Our Private Hearing Healthcare practice is seeking a motivated, full-time (32-40 hrs./wk) individual to manage the front office, create appointments from the database, and represent our practice professionally.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Managing phone calls and scheduling appointments

Communicate with insurance carriers to verify eligibility and benefits. Check-in and greet patients. Communicate with other doctors’ offices. Enter data and treatment plan estimates. Develop/maintain relationships with our patients.

Working closely with our Hearing Care Providers and other colleagues

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

Previous medical office experience (1-2 years) is helpful but not required. Excellent communication skills, friendly, outgoing

Basic knowledge of computer Office Applications (Word, Excel)

A growth mindset with the desire to learn
