We are immediately seeking OTR Movers/Drivers with CDL A & B Licenses to join our team
*This position is for professional movers with CDL OTR experience. 2-3 years verifiable moving experience A MUST.
This is a contract position driving our equipment or as an owner-operator.
Driver's average Gross income last year:
- $500K Top 10%
- $350K Top 40%
- $300K Average of first-year drivers and above
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2+ years of verifiable driving experience with CDL A or B equipment.
- Previous verifiable experience in the moving industry, preferably as an OTR mover/driver with 2+ years of experience.
- Ability to be OTR for 4-5 weeks at a time. We service 48 states.
- Strong work ethic
- Desire to earn $350k+ annually running your own business in partnership with one of the fastest growing Van Lines in the country.
Responsibilities:
- You must have a good driving record and maintain it while working with American Van Lines.
- Proper pre-trips and post-trips daily.
- Clean safety inspection history
- Customer service skills to be able to provide a great moving experience to our customers.
- Ability to stay on schedule and communicate issues to your dispatcher.
- The ability to hire and manage moving crews at both the origin and destination of each job.
- Properly track and document activity log (ELD).
