RN Case Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Home Health Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional home health services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health management, possess exceptional business development skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders in the healthcare industry. As a key leader within our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of home health operations, including business development, staff recruitment and leadership, compliance, and marketing efforts.
Pay Rate SOC $ 200
Must know how to train and LPN in Tracheostomy and Ventilator. Coordinate detailed plan of care. Must conduct supervisory visits once a month.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Drive business development initiatives to expand our home health services and reach new markets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with doctor's offices, doctor's associations, hospital case managers, social workers, discharge planners, patients, referral sources, and insurance groups.
- Manage the insurance authorization process and oversee insurance group marketing efforts.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the billing process and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Recruit and lead a team of skilled staff members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, staying abreast of industry changes and updates.
- Conduct in-service meetings with healthcare facilities to educate staff and promote our services.
- Travel to different healthcare facilities to meet and greet stakeholders, introduce our services, and build partnerships as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in home health management is required.
- Exceptional business development skills and a proven ability to drive growth.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, including insurance processes and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in recruiting and leading a team.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations and standards.
- Willingness to travel to various healthcare facilities as needed.
