Job Title: BILINGUAL Collections/Customer Service Agent (English/Spanish)

 

Location: ON SITE IN IRVING

 

Pay: $16/hour 

 

Schedule: Monday - Saturday / 9 AM-7 PM (schedule will be either 9a-6p or 10a-7)

  • Rotating Saturdays with every Sunday off

  • If scheduled Saturdays then your other day off will be during the week

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Making outbound calls on past due accounts

  • Facilitate outbound soft collection calls servicing accounts that are past due less than 2 weeks

  • Manage and track all activity using core system of record.

  • Motivated to meet and exceed customer service expectations.

  • Making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due.

  • Identifying accounts that require management review.

  • Providing outstanding customer service

  • Maintaining required standards set by the department.

  • Adherence to Company policies and procedures

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish -90% of the communication will be done in Spanish REQUIRED

  • 1+ year of AR/Collections/Payment Processing experience preferred

  • 1+ years of customer service or call center experience REQUIRED

  • High School Diploma or GED required
