Position: Registered Nurse (RN), Clinical Manager


Location: Richmond, Virginia


Job Type: Full-time


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and infusion therapy
  • Perform patient education and support to promote optimal health outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and deliver holistic care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities

Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health care
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care
