About Us: We are a leading manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products with a commitment to innovation and excellence. We are currently seeking a skilled Production Machine Technician with CNC experience to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary: As a Production Machine Technician, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines in our production facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency in data entry, and a background in metal fabrication. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can troubleshoot and optimize machine performance to ensure maximum efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Mechanical Expertise:

    • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
    • Collaborate with the maintenance team to address complex mechanical problems and implement solutions.

  2. Data Entry and Documentation:

    • Accurately record production data, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
    • Utilize computer systems for data entry and documentation purposes.

  3. Metal Fabrication:

    • Apply metal fabrication skills to assist in the production process.
    • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.

  4. Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct quality checks on produced parts to ensure they meet established standards.
    • Collaborate with the quality control team to implement improvements and address non-conformities.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience operating and maintaining CNC machines.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills for documentation purposes.
  • Background in metal fabrication with a good understanding of engineering drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.

 

 

     1st Shift: 6:00am-2:00pm Monday - Friday
