Job Title: Collaborating Physician & Medical Director for Home Health Care Agency

Location: King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Company Overview: Achieva Home Health Care Agency, located in King of Prussia, PA, is a business owned by a Registered Nurse. Currently, we are seeking a Collaborating Physician, as mandated by the state of Pennsylvania, to join our team and support our agency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in Pennsylvania
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure compliance with best practices and protocols by offering clinical supervision and guidance to the home health care agency, thereby demonstrating effective leadership.
  • Perform routine chart audits (10% of charts) mandated by PA.
  • Function as a source of clinical knowledge and direction for intricate patient scenarios.
