Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of WoodShop Production Associate for our mid shift, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Training will take place on the 10:00am to 6:30pm shift.

Some prior Woodworking experience preferred, but not required.

Job Responsibilities

• We will train to produce quality custom closets, garages and home organizing systems.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Understanding company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
• Follow quality and safety standards.
• Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.
• Understand daily cut lists.
• Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Foreman.

Personal Requirements

• CNC or Edgebander Experience a plus
• Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools.
• Excellent problem solving skills, able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Happy
• Team oriented
• Quality conscious
• Service oriented
• Honest and reliable
