Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.

Duties:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning
- Develop and follow a daily schedule that incorporates playtime, group activities, individual lessons, and rest time
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and productive learning experience for all students
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational program

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working in a preschool setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage student behavior effectively
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
