Boardwalk Financial Strategies is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team This position will provide support to the advisor team on any client matters. This position will also support in the general operations of the business as needed.
As part of this role you will:
- Provide administrative support to all advisors
- Complete necessary paperwork to establish, maintain and close accounts
- Manage account transfers
- Assist in onboarding new clients
- Schedule meetings and coordinate communications and documentation between the advisors and their clients
- Manage assigned tasks in our customer relationship management software
- Assist advisors with follow-up on action items for clients and internal requests
- Create meeting materials utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe DC and web-based applications
- Open, screen, deliver, and prepare mail
To be successful in this position, we require the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- A minimum of two (2) years of related administrative experience
- Customer service experience
- Strong computer and technology skills including, but not limited to Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
The following would be a plus:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience at a wealth management firm
- Experience handling paperwork, money movement, and account management at the custodian Charles Schwab & Co.
