We are seeking a Banquet Sous Chef to join our team at a Forbes Five-Star resort  This is a seasonal position from early February through the end of December.  Salary $75K-$80K

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining staff policies and procedures established by the Executive Chef 
  • Responsible for the management of the line level banquet and breakfast cooks
  • Ensure functions receive their correct contracted foods at the contracted time. 
  • Work with Executive Chef to create a memorable experience for guests

Qualifications:

  • Luxury resort experience preferred
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Experience with high-volume events (weddings, corporate events, special platings)
