Job DescriptionJob DescriptionImmediate opening for entry/junior level Sales and Customer Service Professionals REMOTE POSITION ** **Must be located in Philadelphia or surrounding suburbs**

Have the opportunity to learn and grow with a great organization by supporting a Regional Sales Team.

Principal Duties:
*Complete training
*Locate, learn and execute SOPs.
*Support Regional Catering Sales & Account Managers with existing and potential client research and list preparation.
*Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, meeting coordination, canvassing and warm leads or cold calling/emailing efforts as directed by the Regional Catering Sales & Account Management team.
*Assist Regional Catering Sales & Account Managers with order and quote entry into the system, as well as follow up communication.
*Assist clients in placing orders into the system. Follow up as needed with clients and internal teams.
*Assist Regional Catering Sales & Account Managers with order management and follow up, potentially involving facility visits.
*Support the planning and execution of large orders ensuring company standards are withheld and customer expectations are met.
*Provide feedback to Catering team to ensure excellent customer service.
*Assist with all aspects of B2B client relationships and order management needs.
*Support Regional Catering Sales & Account Managers to organize daily and weekly plans to meet with new and existing clients to solicit catering customers using techniques agreed upon by the catering leadership team.
*Ensure all activities fall within the operating guidelines set forth by Local, State and Federal food safety regulations.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor"s Degree preferred
*1+ years of experience in a sales environment, B2B food service or catering preferred
*Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications, CRM, catering, order management and financial systems
*Demonstrated skills in organization, communication and customer service.
*Must have reliable vehicle.
*Valid Driver's License and Registration.
