In our low-carbon-footprint T2E Factory #1, T2EARTH designs and produces sustainable, high-performance wood products that are toxic-chemical-free intended to be used across all primary construction and infrastructure applications. What You'll Do:
- Recruitment Excellence: Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions, source top candidates, and manage the interview and selection process.
- Payroll Processing: Handle payroll with precision, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees. Maintain up-to-date records, manage deductions, and resolve any payroll-related issues.
- Employee Support: Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Foster positive employee relations and assist in resolving any conflicts or performance issues.
- Scheduling and Compliance: Oversee employee schedules, manage time-off requests, and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Strategic Team building: Work closely with senior leadership to understand and plan for future staffing needs. Contribute to HR strategies that align with our company’s goals.
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and payroll management. Proven track record of successful hiring and accurate payroll processing.
- Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to creating a positive work environment.
