We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team

Retail and Leadership: Show off your retail expertise and leadership skills as you assist in managing daily operations and guiding our dedicated team to success.

Customer Service is Key: We're all about delivering top-notch customer experiences. If you've got the people skills to make our customers smile, you're the one we're looking for

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team of retail sales workers
  • Train and evaluate employees
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints
  • Manage floor inventory
  • Manage and review purchases of new gear
  • Supervise opening and/or closing routine
  • recruit, hire, and train associates for all store positions

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields are a plus.
  • Previous experience in management is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Desire to learn
  • Excellent customer service skills
