We are seeking a Sales Associate/Executive to join our team You will be an essential part of our Sales Team and contribute to driving sales growth, goals and reaching current and new markets.

Essential duties and/or Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell our technology products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Create quotes and proposals, and assist department managers with gather information for like
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Assist with marketing and scheduling webinars
  • Periodic travel for trade shows (only a couple times/year for conference/trade show)

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales roles and administrative services
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Work with team members, asking and answering questions
  • Strong advocate for customer satisfaction
  • Valid drivers license and excellent driving record
