Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized Contract Engineering and Technical Staffing firm specializing in Architectural and Structural engineering. We are currently recruiting for a Structural Drafter with 2-10 years’ experience with residential, commercial, or municipal projects to work for a client in the Skokie/Morton Grove area. Details are as follows:

 

Skills:

• A qualified Architectural Drafter candidate will have 1-5 years of experience with commercial, residential and industrial building projects with concrete/masonry, steel, and wood structures. 
• A qualified Architectural Drafter candidate should have experience performing structural drafting for civil or architectural projects using AutoCAD. Candidate should be familiar with symbols associated with drafting for residential and commercial buildings.
• Must have proficiency with AutoCAD 2010 and above. 

 

Education:

• Associate's Degree in CAD Design is preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with architectural drafting is required.

This is a 6 month contract to hire position
