Responsibilities:
- Calendaring; assist attorney in preparing legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, and contracts
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Review and organize case files and documents
- Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, adjusters, and court personnel
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

Experience:
- Personal Injury, Commercial Leases, and Real Estate; minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal and must have litigation background.
- Proficiency in legal case management software (CLIO) and document review platforms
- Strong research skills using online legal databases (Lexis-Nexis)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities
- Ability to conduct interviews with clients and witnesses
- Familiarity with phone etiquette in a professional setting

Must be organized and have strong work ethics.

Commissioned as a notary public preferred. Opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
