Production Manager

We are seeking an A-player to be a Production Manager and become an integral part of our RoofTek team You will help coordinate daily operations by ordering roofing materials for residential, commercial, and repair contracts, scheduling roofing crews to install contracted roofs, communicating with crews and project managers daily to complete jobs, and coordinating dumpster delivery and pickup for jobs.

This is an in-office position so that we can work as a team and problem solve in the moment. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
• Place production orders from customers
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, project management, or other related fields
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bi-lingual is a must as it will be used daily
• College Degree, or similar, preferred
