Our unique approach allows chefs to enjoy a rewarding Monday through Friday schedule that they control, all while working close to home. We specialize in creating personalized menus for our clients based on their dietary preferences and delivering exceptional in-home dining experiences.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Culinary Creativity:

  • Craft personalized menus tailored to clients' dietary preferences and culinary desires.
  • Showcase your culinary expertise by creating a variety of delicious dishes.

Meal Preparation and Packaging:

  • Shop for high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.
  • Prepare and package up to a week's worth of meals for clients to enjoy throughout the week.

Training and Leadership:

  • Train and mentor other chefs and kitchen staff to maintain our high culinary standards.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.

Customer-Centric Approach:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized dining experiences.
  • Adapt to clients' feedback and preferences to exceed their expectations.

Head Chef Role:

  • Assume the role of an Executive Chef, overseeing all aspects of operations, quality control, and menu development.

Flexibility and Control:

  • Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule that you control, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications:

  • Culinary background with a passion for creating delectable dishes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in training and mentoring other chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Ability to adapt to various dietary preferences and restrictions.
  • Proven experience in an executive chef or head chef role is a plus.
