Position Overview: Regenesis Medical Aesthetics is seeking a skilled and compassionate Cosmetic Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our oversight MD to deliver a range of cosmetic treatments, including PRP/BMC, Botox and similar injectables, and microneedling with exosomes. This position requires a high level of expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the oversight MD to assist in PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and BMC (Bone Marrow Concentrate) procedures.
- Administer Botox and other injectable treatments, ensuring precision and client satisfaction.
- Perform microneedling treatments, including those involving exosomes, with a focus on safety and efficacy.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and develop customized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and expected outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatments, progress, and any follow-up care.
- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in medical aesthetics.
- Ensure compliance with all medical protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional client care, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license (RN or equivalent) in the state of Florida.
- Certification in aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, and microneedling.
- Proven experience in a medical aesthetics or cosmetic nursing role.
- Strong knowledge (or desire to learn) of PRP, BMC, Botox, and microneedling procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
