HVAC Foreman Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise journeymen and apprentices installing ductwork, ventilation, make-up air systems, RTUs, commercial kitchen equipment, Ductless minisplits and VRFs, air handling equipment, unit heaters and other mechanical services on tenant finish and construction projects.
• Work with field supervisor and project manager to ensure all tools and materials are on the jobsite in a timely manner
• Train apprentices on the job to teach efficient and best practices for quality installation work
• Communicate concerns to internal team to resolve construction issues and satisfy customer concerns
• Lead weekly safety training on job sites
• Complying with all industry and safety standards

HVAC Installer Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalently
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a commercial setting
