Job DescriptionJob Description

Orlando Resort is in need of an experienced grounds person. FT schedule is Thursday-Monday - Day Shift 

Job summary:

  • Clears debris and maintains entrance driveways and property walkways in clean and safe condition
  • Assists Maintenance Team with any outdoor projects and alerts them of any maintenance issues with the exterior of the building
  • Pick-up trash and debris from common areas and aisles on a daily basis. Empty common area trash containers as needed
  • Maintains, services, cleans and properly stores equipment
  • All general and preventive maintenance of the property grounds

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years verifiable Landscaping or Groundskeeper experience
  • Previous Groundskeeper experience in the resort/hospitality industry, preferred
  • Must have experience using hand held tools such as leaf vacuum, blower, power washer, etc.
  • Check and replace exterior lighting on a regular basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $16.00 hour
