Job Summary
We are seeking an Overnight Prep/Baker to join the team at our busy bagel shop/deli In this role, you will prepare a variety of bagels. The ideal candidate has previous restaurant prep experience. If you are hardworking, and want to share your tasty creations with customers, we’d like to hear from you


Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Prep and bake bagels for the day ahead
  • Clean equipment and baking areas
  • Bake a variety of bagels and prep ingredients for next shift
  • Prepare custom orders
  • Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary  

Qualifications: 
  • Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred 
  • Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Previous experience prepping
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Team player
  • Available for early morning shifts/overnight shifts
