Lead Teacher

Brilliant Minds is looking for lead caregivers to join our team. We are looking for a child care teachers to encourage the healthy intellectual and psychological growth of the children in our facility. You will teach and love them and supervise them while also motivating them to use their mental capacities and exercise their imagination. Must have all childcare clearances.

The ideal candidate must be able to care for our parents and students with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. This person will encourage and remain empathetic to the parents and students at all times.

Responsibilities: 

        *Lead cargivers are responsible for the following :

        1) The classroom management for (1) group of children.

        2) The daily planning for (1) group of children.

        3) Lesson planning

        4) Teaching the children 

        5) Classroom cleaning duties

Requirements: 

• High school diploma/ged/transcripts preferred.
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Ability to complete multiple trainings and orientation.
• Ability to work full time 40 hours a week at least.
• Must have reliable transportation.

About Brilliant Minds: Our learning center program serves children from ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. our flexible hours are designed to meet your needs. Our center is open 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday-Friday closed on weekends and major holidays. We are located in a friendly area of Mishawaka, In. We believe  that our mixed age group program is the most beneficial to parents and children. We always maintain ratio.
