This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative located in Ardmore, PA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding their perfect dress, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Tasks will include assisting customers with inquiries, helping them schedule appointments & Alterations, processing orders, and handling customer concerns or issues. Also, Shipping/Receiving, Data base updates, scheduling, assisting with inventory.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and be more efficient
• Ability to effectively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior experience in a customer service role
• Knowledge of the bridal and fashion industry is a plus
• College Degree (Preferred, not required)
