Park Manager

Manage daily general operations including:
- Guest reservation bookings and inquiries via phone, email, or website.
- Guest payments and check in/out process.
- Handle & Document all customer/tenant issues, or complaints
- Arrange and manage repairs and maintenance, and informing guests/tenants of the process.
- Park Manager should be proactive in monitoring and improving social media / online presence.
- Present professional appearance and conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner.
- Work closely with site administrator, maintenance & lawncare workers and cleaning staff to ensure property remains in excellent condition and any issues are fixed quickly
- Enforce property rules and standards
- Understanding financial operations of the park and maintaining all reporting
- Order Supplies for park, accommodations, office and repairs.
- Occupancy and transaction reporting as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Previous hospitality and management experience (2 years minimum)
- Basic computer skills, Microsoft Word and Excel and Google Outlook email and knowledge of social media and marketing outlets.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Engaging personality, strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Maintain composure under pressure, or stressful situations
- Park manager must live on site.
