Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate with excellent office administrative skills to join our team. 

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the office.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Sales Duties:

   - Build and develop relationships with prospective customers through effective communication and product knowledge.

   - Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

   - Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.

   - Provide exceptional customer service and support before, during, and after the sales process.

 

2. Office Administrative Duties:

   - Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.

   - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.

   - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team.

   - Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.

   - Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

 

- Proven experience as a Sales Associate or in a similar sales role.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Shopify 

- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is a plus.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

 

Education and Experience:

 

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in sales and office administration is preferred.

- Additional training or certifications in sales or office administration is a plus.
