Job DescriptionJob Description

The IT Support Technician is responsible for day-to-day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for operating systems, workstations and servers. This individual will also perform software installations and upgrades to operating systems and various software packages as well as monitor and optimize systems to achieve desired performance levels. This position requires flexibility and discretion in supporting a diverse population. Will be on call one weekend out of the month. Occasional travel, having vehicle is required. Bilingual is preferred.
