Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team. The Landscape Foreman will be responsible for leading a crew in various landscaping projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. This individual will also be responsible for supervising crew members, managing project timelines, and communicating effectively with management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers in various landscaping tasks, including planting, pruning, sodding, irrigation installation, hardscape construction, and maintenance.
• Oversee all aspects of landscape construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure clear communication and successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or challenges, and implement solutions to ensure project success.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of waste and debris.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects as needed.
