With over 50 years of combined experience, Auto-Lube Services is one of the nation’s leaders in automatic lubrication and fluid management in the Southeast.  We service the entire Southeastern US and maintain a client list that is growing every day Our customers are our primary focus, and we strive to be attentive to their needs on a regular basis. We service and install equipment in a highly demanding environment and would like to find the right person to handle our customer service needs on a daily basis. 

Pay

·         $42-52k Salary Per Year

·         Starting pay is based on experience and skill

 

Work Schedule

·         Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

·         Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and professionally handle complaints and concerns from customers.

·         Day-to-day workflow management

·         Effectively communicate with co-workers, supply houses, and vendors

·         Answer incoming calls/place outbound calls to assist customers and technicians

·         Maintenance Agreement Management and Inside Sales

·         Educate customers on the services and products we offer

·         Participate in company-provided training opportunities

·         Identify and report potential sales opportunities: new system, maintenance contracts

·         Assist with billing duties

·         Work with minimal supervision

·         Other duties as assigned


 

·         Minimum of 1-2+ years of customer service and sales experience

·         Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask

·         Ability to work in a team environment in high-pressure situations

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Experience in Computer/data entry skills

·         Experience with Google Maps, Outlook, Excel, and Word

·         Typing skill is a plus

 

·         Personable and Dependable

·         Able to pass a background check and drug test

·         Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
