Location: 125-bed hospital, approximately 1.5 hours from Oklahoma City and 2.5 hours from Dallas

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent Staff

Shifts Available: Day and Night Shifts

Certifications Required: ASCP or AMT certification (or willingness to obtain)

Experience: Prefer 2-3 years of experience, comfortable with phlebotomy

Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience and MLT/MT qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures according to established protocols
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure quality control measures are met
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results
  • Participate in continuing education and training programs as required

Qualifications:

  • ASCP or AMT certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • 2-3 years of experience preferred
  • Proficient in phlebotomy techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
