Do you have 2+ years of paralegal experience? We are currently seeking a Paralegal on a contract basis for one of our clients. If you have prior paralegal experience, are highly organized, and are a professional communicator, apply today

Responsibilities:

• Work with attorneys and paralegals to perform projects
• Correspond directly with clients
• Assist with corporate governance resources
• Prepare records and legal documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of corporate paralegal experience
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Timely and detailed
• Able to work in a team environment

Work Model:

• Hybrid
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Monday - Friday
