Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering client care, including rooming clients, obtaining vital signs, and preparing rooms.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing billing and insurance information.
  • Educate clients on wellness practices, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize client outcomes and promote continuity of care.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program from an accredited institution.
  • Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining patient confidentiality.
