Job DescriptionJob Description

A jet manufacturer in Little Rock, Arkansas, is looking for a well-qualified Shop Floor Coordinator with a solid history of data input and tracking.

Friday-Sunday; 5PM-5AM

Duties Include:

  1. Load/capacity monitoring of assigned area
  2. Monitoring and tracking performance of assigned area to the Industrial Master Schedule
  3. Coordination of logistics between assigned area and its customers and suppliers
  4. Expediting and resolution of problems concerning IMS production orders

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree or equivalent related experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in aircraft (or related) production/manufacturing field
  • Working knowledge of schedules and flow charts
  • Analytical skills
  • Good communication skills, written and oral
  • Must be able to function throughout the total facility, including up and down stairs and in and out of aircraft with or without reasonable accommodation
