We are a full mechanical contractor seeking a Master Plumber Manager to join our team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
  • Prepare written work cost estimates and proposals for clients
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with vendors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Philadelphia Master Plumber license
  • Practical Plumbing or Mechanical experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
