ABA CASE SUPERVISOR

Behavior Education Services Team (B.E.S.T) is a licensed and accredited provider of special education services, specializing in ABA, and we are looking for candidates to fill the full-time position of ABA Case Supervisor

Job Title: Case Supervisor

Language: Spanish is required as many of our clients speak Spanish

Location: San Fernando Valley, CA

Service Setting: In-home delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions.

Start Date: As Soon As Possible

Job Summary: Provide specialized ABA services and program supervision and management for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Essential Job Functions:

-Perform behavior training for children in their home

-Follow the behavior plan designed by the BCBA

-Track the overall progress of the child

-Aid BCBA in identifying new problem behavior

-Aid BCBA in writing progress reports

-Aid BCBA in creating and updating client programs

-Provide hands on training to new therapists in the field

-Work with parents by providing them training in ABA

-Inform the BCBA of changes in family dynamics or any parent concerns/questions

-Inform the BCBA of any changes in the client’s schedule (even if its only one session)

-Maintain a professional relationship with the client and their caregivers

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

-ABA Case Supervisor Experience (Including experience with FBA's, progress reports, and programming)

- Completed some coursework in Master's Level Program in related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
